    I got a Nikon R8 but no manual. Anybody has one ?

    Apart from that - the batery compartement door is missing, any body out there, who can tell me how many batteries I need and what the polarity of the contacts is ?

    (Confusingly there are three...)

    the r8 takes AA batteries. you also need the battery
    pack that slips into the handle. there may be a meter battery
    required, i don't remember.
